When settling invoices within Billingbooth, automatically push the settlement through to Xero so the invoice within Xero reflects the Billingbooth status.

Allow user-editable invoice templates.

Mechanism to be able to upload custom images that can appear within invoices issued as marketing. These images could contain content such as advertising for new products, important event dates and so on.

It would be great to have a mechanism to remind us when a customer is out of contract and apply out of contract rates. I think the simplest way would be to have an end date on a product price override. This way we could set the price for the product during contract, and the override expires the customer would automatically be on the out of contract base rate. A great addition to this would be to report on the dashboard customers products expiring within 90 days, 30 days etc etc

It would be useful to show the cost centres on the invoice preview page rather than having to click and download the invoice as PDF.

This would allow integrations with endless apps, as requested in here for hubspot and salesforce etc. Its completely API driven so would be an easy win I think.

Allow charges to be activated or deactivated

Ability to apply multiple charges to a customer by selecting one or more products, selecting a quantity and starting date and letting the portal add each product as a charge using the shared details.

I'd love to be able to search for a cost centre in the search box when I can't remember which customer the cost centre belongs to. Currently I can only search for a cost centre if that cost centre is named within the customer name.

Similar to Zapier but being used much more now by IT and Communication providers as offers better flexibility in return for a steeper learning curve than Zapier. This would enable Billingbooth integration with 1500+ apps. My particular use case would be to update customer and product information in one place and get Make.com to replicate the update it in Xero, PandaDoc, Billingbooth, HighLevel CRM, Freshdesk etc.

Configure FTP/SFTP access details for customers so they can, using an FTP/SFTP client or their own billing provider, collect monthly CDRs rather than receive them via Email.

Export an Excel rate sheet from the Billingbooth portal based on an individual customer or tariff.

it would help if we can search a customer by email, on invoice page, customer page or general search.

We would like the ability to enter card details into Stripe from within Billingbooth, so that can collect a payment over the phone against customer invoices. This functionality would be extremely useful in the case of suspended customers where we want to ensure the payment has gone through before reactivating services. Of course, we could log into stripe to do this, then this would break the automation of reconciling the transaction against the invoice.
